Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée unsweetened
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or sugar adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together cream, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice cubes.
  3. Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over the ice.
  4. Slowly pour the pumpkin cream mixture into the glass.
  5. Gently stir once or twice and serve immediately.
