Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix powdered sugar, butter, cream, and extract.
  2. Shape into discs and chill briefly.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  4. Dip patties fully and place on parchment.
  5. Let set before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust peppermint extract carefully.
