Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients separately.
- Beat cream cheese filling until smooth.
- Fill liners halfway with batter.
- Add cream cheese filling and top with batter.
- Swirl gently and bake 20–22 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix batter
- Chill muffins for cleaner cream cheese center
