Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cube potatoes evenly.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, or balsamic glaze. Serve warm.
