Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken.
- Add broth, cream, and seasonings; simmer 8–10 minutes.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overcook the chicken.
- Add broth if sauce thickens too much.
- Great served over rice or pasta.
