  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup sausage gravy

Method
 

  1. Scramble eggs and mix with cheese.
  2. Cut pastry into rectangles.
  3. Fill with eggs and sausage gravy.
  4. Seal edges and brush tops.
  5. Bake until golden and flaky.
  6. Rest briefly before serving.
