Ingredients
  

  • lbs mixed seafood
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Sauté vegetables in olive oil.
