Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 medium potatoes thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease sheet pan
  2. Press dough evenly into pan
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  4. Brush dough with oil, add garlic, potatoes, and cheese
  5. Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and crisp

Notes

Slice potatoes very thin to ensure even baking.
