Method
- Boil shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink.
- Transfer to ice bath immediately.
- Mix sauce ingredients in bowl.
- Chill sauce for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled shrimp with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp.
- Adjust horseradish to taste.
- Store sauce up to 3 days.
