Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp and set aside.
  2. Scramble eggs and remove.
