Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  • ½ cup celery
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni, drain, and cool.
  2. Chop cooked shrimp into pieces.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. Combine macaroni, shrimp, vegetables, and dressing.
  5. Chill before serving.
