Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a casserole dish lightly.
- Mix corn, creamed corn, eggs, sour cream, butter, and salt.
- Stir in cornmeal baking mix gently.
- Pour into dish and smooth top.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Rest briefly before serving.
