Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packets chicken gravy mix
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder or herbs

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle gravy mix and pepper evenly over chicken.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and add butter.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours.
  5. Shred chicken in cooker and stir well.
  6. Serve warm with desired sides.

Notes

  • Thighs can replace chicken breasts
  • Adjust seasoning after cooking
