Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz squid ink pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ½ cup broth
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add wine and reduce.
  4. Stir in broth and seasoning.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce and finish with lemon and parsley.

Notes

  • Reserve pasta water for consistency.
  • Add seafood if desired.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
