Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup queso sauce
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced onions

Method
 

  1. Cook rice in beef broth until tender.
  2. Season and sear steak until desired doneness.
  3. Rest steak and slice thinly.
  4. Warm queso sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, steak, and queso.

Notes

  • Rest steak before slicing
  • Add cheese to rice for extra creaminess
