Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken with cornstarch.
  2. Sear until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make sticky sauce in same pan.
  4. Return chicken and simmer until glazed.
  5. Serve over rice with toppings.

Notes

  • Store up to 4 days refrigerated.
  • Add sriracha for spice.
  • Use sesame oil for extra flavor.
