Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into fries and pat dry.
  3. Toss with oil and seasoning.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Heat butter, milk, and cornstarch until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheese until smooth.
  7. Serve fries hot with cheese sauce.

  • Air fry for extra crispiness
  • Adjust seasoning to taste
