  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, and seasonings.
  3. Press mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the meatloaf layer.
  5. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
  6. Bake 50–55 minutes until golden and cooked through.
