Method
- Slice beef against grain and coat with cornstarch.
- Sear beef in batches until crispy. Remove.
- Sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, and water; simmer.
- Return beef and cook until sauce thickens.
- Garnish and serve over rice.

- Store 4 days refrigerated.
- Reheat gently with splash of water.
