Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna drained (5 oz each)
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Drain tuna thoroughly and place in a bowl.
  2. Chop celery and red onion finely.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add tuna and vegetables to the dressing.
  5. Gently fold until combined.
  6. Chill briefly and serve.
