Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour, then add broth and simmer.
- Lower heat, add yogurt and mustard, stir until creamy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Store in fridge up to 3 days
- Add broth when reheating
