Turkey Stroganoff Recipe

A creamy, cozy turkey stroganoff made with ground turkey, mushrooms, and a light yogurt-based sauce perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour, then add broth and simmer.
  5. Lower heat, add yogurt and mustard, stir until creamy.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store in fridge up to 3 days
  • Add broth when reheating
  • Customize with veggies or cream
