Ingredients
  

  • Cookies
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ganache
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Heat cream and pour over chocolate; stir until smooth. Chill.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Whisk butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fill dough with ganache and seal.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overbake
  • Chill ganache before filling
