Ingredients
Method
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate; stir until smooth. Chill.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Whisk butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fill dough with ganache and seal.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve.

- Chill ganache before filling
