Ingredients
  

  • Cheesecake Bars
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 12 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Chai Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • Pinch of cloves optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and line baking pan.
  2. Prepare and press base into pan.
  3. Beat cheesecake filling until smooth.
  4. Bake until just set and cool completely.
  5. Whip cream with chai spices and top bars.

Notes

  • Chill bars before slicing for clean edges.
  • Adjust spice levels to taste.
  • Add topping just before serving for best texture.
