Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • tsp instant yeast
  • ½ cup warm almond milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tbsp almond milk
  • Pink coloring beet or strawberry powder

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm milk and sugar.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Roll out, add filling, and shape rolls.
  5. Bake until fluffy and lightly golden.
  6. Glaze warm rolls and serve.

Notes

  • Dough should remain soft, not dry
  • Glaze consistency can be adjusted with milk
  • Best enjoyed fresh or lightly reheated
