Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Mix crumbs and butter; press into pan and bake.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in lemon zest, juice, vanilla, and sour cream.
  5. Pour into crust and bake 50–60 minutes.
  6. Cool slowly, then refrigerate 4+ hours before serving.
