Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: herbs cheese, seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line loaf pan with parchment.
  3. Mix dry ingredients, whisk eggs, yogurt, oil, vinegar.
  4. Fold dry into wet.
  5. Add optional herbs or cheese.
  6. Pour into pan, smooth top.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan 10 min, then on wire rack. S
  9. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Store in airtight container.
  • Freeze slices for later.
