Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line loaf pan with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients, whisk eggs, yogurt, oil, vinegar.
- Fold dry into wet.
- Add optional herbs or cheese.
- Pour into pan, smooth top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 min, then on wire rack. S
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Store in airtight container.
- Freeze slices for later.
- Customize with herbs, seeds, or cheese.
