Method
- Cook bacon until crispy; remove.
- Brown sausage in same pot.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté.
- Add broth and potatoes; simmer 15–20 minutes.
- Stir in cream and kale; cook 5 minutes.
- Return bacon and serve.

- Freeze without cream for best results.
